When an event plan includes ScentWorks K9’s approved traditional explosive-detection canine services in static environments, that technology is designated as a Qualified Anti-Terrorism Technology under the Department of Homeland Security SAFETY Act.
The designation is limited to the approved static explosives-detection technology and does not automatically extend to every event-security or mobile-screening service.Frequently asked questions
